Eversheds assists in Tissue-transaction
Family owned LPC Group, UK, has been sold to Sofidel S.p.A.. LPC Group with subsidiaries in Sweden, France and Belgium is a manufacturer of tissue and handkerchiefs. Eversheds Södermark has, as local advisor, assisted the sellers in relation to the Swedish part of the transaction and the Swedish subsidiary Swedish Tissue AB including its paper mill in Kisa with a production capacity of 55,000-70,000 tonnes of paper/year. The team included Jonas Bratt (responsible partner), Caroline Wikström and Anna-Carin Ljungberg. |
